Vs. screen everybody teaches their DL to retrace back and find the potential receiver. Does anybody designate 1 DL to stay on the QB to keep pressure while the others retrace (unless "past the point of no return"). If so, do you pick this person by position or based on your own personnel?

Put the responsibilty on your linebackers to stop the screens.
