OK. Need some advice. I am a position coach a one of the largest HS in my state. We are always going to compete for the state championship. The cordinator will never leave. I am almost 30 and ready for more responsibility. I have had friends that have taken HC jobs at smaller schools and turned them into winners. I have almost had friends that have lost by doing the same.
What should I do?
