I like the way Coach Campbell put it the other day in one of his posts; The level of pressure must be met with pressure at that level, that may not be it verbatim, but it is definitely the thought conveyed. Let that be your guide in solving the problem, and drilling.

see head go down- hands go down and push face into dirt and slide in gap. give ground if you have to. the most important part of chop is getting hands onto OL this creates the seperation needed to get off block. if lead with nipples or forearms they will have a lot of difficulty getting off. hope this helps
