Midline?

If so how do you block it and does mid-line have to be run to the TE side?

You would consider this worst case scenerio for rhe midline play. Work the cutback with the fullback reading the block of the center. Coach CAmpbell

Vs. a shade 50, run the midline weak to the three technique.

C - Block back on nose
PSG - dip and rip to PSLB
PST - fan block on the five tech
Slot/HB - Track outside 3 tech looking ILB to FS

It is easiest to run midline to the three tech side whenever you get it.

Hey Coach,
Last year we played against 3 50 teams that like to reduce. We just package midline and Iveer as check with me plays. Most 50 teams that reduce are giving you a 5 man count to the 3 tech and a 6 man count to the shade 1 bksd.
We ran Midline to the 3 and kick out the DE in a 5. Then we came back with Inside Veer and Dbl the 3 and read the 5 and Pitch off the Strong Saftey. Then if we can get any kind of stalk by our playside SE then there was nobody out there but god and country.
