Coach,
A smash combination is alway a favorite. If you don't know what that is, it's a curl by the outside (#1) reciever and a wheel route from the inside (#2) receiver. The wheel (out and up), is cut right off the curl. There is also a curl or short in by #1 and corner from #2. I also am a fan of double posts.

We use a route from a wing and SE on the same side. We bring a wing from the backside in motion and fake Jet Sweep then drop back 5 steps. The wing to playside simulates his block for two steps and then takes off straight down the field. The SE heads to a point 14 yards down the field where he and the wing cross, with the SE turning vertical to take the top off the defense while the wing runs a flag. The motion back flares into the flats and curls back toward the QB at 6 yards. The QBs read is just a high-low on the corner, either throwing the flag or the flat route.
Against man coverage or cover 2, the flag is usually open.
