Another thing to do is plyometrics for the upper and Lower body. When doing push-ups try to launch ur chest and clap your hands together. When you get really good at this try to clap twice before catching yourself and doing another push-up. For the lower body: stand under something you cant reach even when you jump unto the air and try to grab it. Even though you cant, jump as high as you can and attempt to touch the object. Opon landing jump back into the air and repeat this jump until muscle fatigue. The last thing you can do is dewvelop all parts of the calf muscle. Do calf raises with the heels out, heels straight, and heels together.
why couldn't you? speed has a lot to do with hamstring length and strength, and speed improvement drills. you don't do that every day. what are you doing on the other days? make your arms better then.
