We all coach to make an impact in kid's lives. When the season ends, we commonly look back and see things we could've done better or things that worked to our surprise. One of the most satisfying things in coaching is providing the tools for the athletes to become better, gain self-confidence, and watch THEM take over their destiny (on the field and off).
