Giving out your phone number to players

I see absolutely nothing wrong with giving your phone number out to players. I believe the players should have your number b/c you just never know when something might happen. I believe in developing a good relationship with your players. In my opinion your players should be able to get in contact with you any time they need your help with something. Wheather it be football related or something else to do with life. I want to help the players any way I can. So again I defenitly thing your players should be able to contact you any time they feel the need to.

Each of my players have my business card which has my contact informatiion on it. I stress communication. In fact I have most of the team in my cell phone. Obviously I don't enage in social calls, but my guys are not afraid to call me if something comes up.
