Coaches,
I am going to be the D cooridator for our middle school team next year. Now I have a pretty decent knowledge of the 4-4 but I am always looking for more info. Im wondering if any of you guys can provide some info on things you do with the 4-4.
-different fronts
-blitz packages (including zone blitzes)
-line stunts
-converages (man and zone)
These are the things I am wanting some info or ideas on. I am also wondering if there are any good sites on the 4-4 defense.
