Georgia Southern pitch play

Does anyone (perhaps TIGER ONE or Oneback might) have information on a particular Paul Johnson's Slotback pitch play. From tape over the past few years I've seen Johnson run a pitch play to the motion back with the QB opening whirleybird with a fake to the FB, followed by a quick pitch out to the deep motioning Slotback. Usually the PSDE or PSDT is left unblocked. OTher than this I have no knowledge or information about this play or the rules for running it. If someone could enlighten me, I would be appreciative.
