Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I like to send a RB (FB) out on a pass to the two-receiver side, especially if they are in goal line. Usually goal line means one less guy in pass coverage.
Coach, I wrote a post on our red zone package and emailed it back to the JCFB forum email address, when you first posted. Contact Lyle and see if he can pull it up for you as I don't know why, but it doesn't post automatically like when you send a "reply". It is pretty complete, and may help you I hope.

18 and 19 Load Option with play action passes. Or have a play action pass off what got you into the red zone if you run the ball. Another is any boot leg action with drags and deep end zone routes. Coach CAmpbell
