There is a job in a nearby town that has come open. I am very interested. Any suggestions about when to contact the school, etc. would be appreciated. Also how should I best organize my packet. I have tons of ideas but i cannot seem to gets things organized well.

The most important attribute of a Head Coach in todays Football world, is that of being a good organizer.
Without this ability, you may be hamstrung from the onset. Perhaps you would be better served to develop this absolutely necessary skill as an assistant for awhile longer, before tackling a Head Coach position. Just my opinion.

I am simply frustrated with my packet. This has little to do with how organized i am as a coach.
