The tapes by Nick Rappone (Temple DB coach) are good. I'm sure you can find them online. If you can find any tapes by AJ Christhoff(I think he is now the DC at Stanford), he's good. When I started coaching DB's I got a lot of his tapes from the FCPGA. I think he has good, realistic ideas about playing /coaching the secondary. I know I use many concepts that I got from his tapes.

Money well spent !!
