I have a copy of the Washington State 3A Championship game which pitted the 9th ranked (Nationally) Bellevue Wolverines against the Ferndale Golden Eagles. Bellevue won 31-28, but it was a wild finish, involving Hail Maries, onside kicks etc. It would be a great game for any HS football fan to watch, but especially those interested in the wing-t. Both teams run it very well. The game also involves several D1 prospects, including J.R. Hasty who finished the season with the 5th highest yardage total in state history, and set the record for TDs in a season, and a Jr QB from Ferndale named Jake Locker who is quited phenomenal, (he rushed for 154 yards in the game).
I also videod most of the game from the endzone section of stands which gives a pretty good view. I also have some endzone footage from Bellevue's semi-final game included on the tape. If anyone is interested in trading for the tape, email me at: coachteeter@yahoo.com
Yes. Bellevue was the team that ended DeLaSalles streak. The beat them something like 39-20. It was close in the first half, but Bellevue dominated the 2nd half.
In the championship game that I have on tape, Bellevue is ahead 24-7 at the half, but Ferndale controls the 2nd half and nearly pulls out a come from behind shocker. It may be the best HS football game that I have seen!
I got your email John. I have already mailed my first 20 copies of the tape. I need to go to Costco to purchase some more blank tapes. I should have it copied and ready to mail by the end of the week.
