I'm looking for some good videos and books that explain quarterback mechanics. I've seen several by several different authors, but I don't know which to purchase. Please let me know if you've found any that have been helpful or not helpful. Thanks.

Coach Lyle and myself both have written on how to become a complete QB. My effort is a training manual
that is entitled: SPREAD QUARTERBACK AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL that deals with mechanics, timing and accuracy, mental aspects, drills, reading defenses, proper stretching for qb's, ball handling skills and drills, etc. As I do not consider it ethical to offer my manual on this site, as that would not be right I leave my email address for you to act upon at your discretion. coacheaston @hotmail.com or jerryeaston1@aol.com This is coach Campbells's and Coach Lyle's site and they list all of their products that they offer.

I own and use The West Coast Passing School's "Coaching the Complete Quarterback" (Bill Cunerty and Lyle Lansdell), which is available here on JCFB. I have found it to be the single best resource available for coaching QB's year-round to improve their mental and physical game.

That's my honest opinion.
