I have not been able to find a copy of "Building From The Start" by Bill Peterson. Bill Mountjoy has mentioned it in several of his posts. Would someone who has the book be willing to make a copy of it for me. I would be willing to pay you for your trouble. Email me at rhair@verizon.net.

RICH - GO TO A PUBLIC LIBRARY & DO AN "INTERLIBRARY LOAN". I DO IT FREQUENTLY. THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH. THEY HAVE ACCESS TO EVERY LIBRARY IN THE USA!

As you know - Peterson STARTED the winning tradition at FSU! A disciple of Gillman's, he had such assistant coaches as Joe Gibbs; Bill Parcells; Bobby Bowden; Don Breaux; Dan Henning; Bobby Ross; Don James (best coach in Pac 10 history IMO)

The book is the best SINGLE book I ever read on coaching football!

That was when football as we knew it, was in it's heyday on the college level,imo. I love the innovations that have transpired, but the work ethic and moral values have done nothing but deteriorate, imo. We are dinosaurs, but I'm going to keep pluggin away with the values that I know are right. You see that the guys that broke in together, stuck together, and are still together. Now days, it is where can I go to make the most money.
