New Sports Illustrated

Comes from a family of athletes. I think his dad played at UofL, uncle at Notre Dame and brother Jeff played at UofL then the XFL. His whole family is athletic. He won the biggest class championship as a Soph and is #5 in the nation right now. He has incredible composure for someone his age and hasn't let any of it go to his head. They are 12-0 right now. He's had offers at UK, UofL and Ill. since he was in 8th grade or Fresh I think. Nobody knows for sure where he will go but it sounds kind of like one of the instate schools or a great chance that he'll go to Notre Dame! There is another QB too in KY named Haddix that had 53TD's and 1 int going into this weekends playoff games, he's also rushed for 700yds and 7Td's on the ground! Word on him is that he is leaning toward Clemson. His team is also 12-0 in a different class. UK has signed another QB from the state. There are a lot of quality QB's here right now but the big question here is are these 2 as good as Couch and Redman. I think when they prove themselves in the NFL that question will be answered:)

Bush could be a phenom at SS/LB or WR. He has a cannon for an arm. They said on TV that he throws in the 90's(baseball) and that he threw in the 80's when he was 13. I don't know if that's true. He has kind of been stuck in an offense that has moved him around a lot. He played WR his soph year when they won the state but he also had Montrell Jones (WR Tenn) so they were dominant. Due to injuries he has been forced to play a lot of QB. He doesn't look real natural but his raw abilities are scary. Like I said he has a hose and he reminds me of Vick the way he can move.
Everybody thought that Brohm would follow his brother to Lville but the internet buzz around here says UK or Notre Dame. He could go anywhere he wants I think. Somebody said ND just signed the best QB they've had in a long time. Is there any truth too that?
UK signed Andre Woodson- He's around 6'5 230 and the Justin Haddix went to the Bowden camp this summer and brought back the top QB award. I've heard he really likes Tommy and is thinking pretty hard about going there.
It's fun to see all this talent here right now. I would be surprised if Bush and Brohm don't duke it out for the 3rd year in a row for the state championship. Haddix has a great shot at being there too for class AA. Anybody that's in the area should make the trip to see these guys, they are all fun too watch:)
