After watrching all the Boise State games I could on FOXNW & ESPN, I was intrigued by Coach Hawkins philisophy of playing all the suited up players every game. From listening to the announcers talk about thier discussions with Coach Hawkins it seemed that he had "personnel packages" and those packages had certain plays that they were capable of running. Has anyone done this with thier teams? If so, how did you implement/practice it and how well did it work?

That's really interesting. Can you break down your practice schedule a little more? I come from a team that utilizes many packages but are don't ever see a change in personnel unless it is adding a te or subbing a wr b/c of injury or fatigue. I like your idea of having the stations. It seems that it would help alleviate time constraints for installation and repping of option plays. What are some of the pros and cons of using your station method? Also how big of a school are you at? and coaches?
