I'm thinking about applying to these three schools in Texas: Mineral Wells (4A Dist 6), Coleman (2A Dist 3), and Taft (2A Dist 27). Does anyone know anything about these three schools. Mineral Wells is just for the Head football, while the other two are AD/Head Fb combos.
Is there anything I should do special when applying for these positions? I'm from Iowa and I have coached in schools smaller than these three (A-1A in Iowa). I have five years of successful Head Coaching experience (won district 2 out of 5 years, advanced thru first round of playoffs both years) and a total of 14 years experience.
